The forth and the last implementation phase of the housing estate Kąkolowa Aleja concerned two semi-detached buildings and one terraced house. 14 flats were designed in the stylistic convention of the earlier phases based on the horizontal system of elevation and natural facing.
The third phase of the housing estate “Kąkolowa Aleja” concerned both semi-detached and the terraced houses situated on the corner allotment at the crossroads of Chabrowa and Kąkolowa streets. The backdown of the upper floors of the buildings let gaining spacious terraces covered with extensive roofs. Big glazing opened the interiors to the green gardens adjoining the buildings directly on the south-eastern side.
The phase II of the housing estate “Kąkolowa Aleja” was created as a stylistic continuation of the assumptions of the terrace houses of the phase I, but this time it included the single-family houses in the semi-detached houses. There were designed 8 spacious and unique apartments equipped with the terraces on the ground floor and the winter gardens on the first floor. Just like in the phase I, to each of the apartments we joined a private garden and a garage.
The main idea of the estate of single-family houses designed by us in 2011 was to create the new form for the typical terraced houses based on the scheme of the repetitive segment. The nonstandard approach let us create buildings covered with the mutual multi-sloped roof, in which every one of the 12 flats has an individual functional system and the direct access to the private gardens. Thanks to the use of the fine façade cladding in the form of the natural stone and wood, it gained the residential character of the housing.
